About Us

Dignus Group was formed in 2016, bringing together the two parts of a family business that was started in 1987. We have been providing award-winning support and care services for both the elderly, and those individuals with mental health conditions and learning disabilities.

Each of the services we provide has the individual at its heart and nothing is ever too much when it comes to providing the highest level of support.

We develop and provide unique services and solutions that value the needs and aspirations of each person we support. We achieve
this in an individually tailored environment with dedicated professionals working in partnership to deliver person-focused outcomes.
